Our CrossFit Lite class will challenge you and help you condition and strengthen your frame. The classes are more focused on conditioning and include longer workouts then the regular CrossFit classes. This class is more bootcamp like and utilizes lighter weight during the workouts and does not include the more technical barbell movements. This is a great class for beginners.
