Cutting calories, spending hours on machines and treadmills seemed to define how people attempted to get in shape. This atmosphere does not provide the motivation needed for many to improve their health. CrossFit has changed that and uses constantly varied movements to help people get stronger, healthier and feel more empowered. With supportive coaches, personal progression and some really hard work members learn they are capable of anything.
At CrossFit KOA we offer personal training sessions for all athletes, Whether you are looking to lose weight, get in shape for the first time in your life, looking for something new, get back to your pre-baby weight or are an athlete looking to improve at their sport our coaches can help you get there.
Personal training rates are $75 per hour.
We can also accomodate small groups for personal training or small groups of athletes who want to train in their off season.
