All new members are required to attend our Foundations Class. During this 3 day class you will learn the movements we use at CrossFit KOA.

You will learn how to squat, deadlift, clean and jerk, kettlebell swing, push press and snatch using empty bars and PVC. Some of these moves are very technical and difficult to learn, even for those who have worked out in the past. Because of the attention we like to give during this class our Foundations class is limited to 10 people per class.  The class must be taken each of the 3 consecutive days and is offered at 8:15pm. Upon completion of Foundations you can begin to attend any class on the schedule.  Coaches will know that you are new and will help you scale workouts if needed and help you choose an appropriate weight for the workout.
