CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
At CrossFit KOA our clients are not left wandering around a gym trying to figure out how to achieve their fitness goal or use certain machines. Whether you are new to fitness, coming back from a long fitness layoff or an athlete at any level our coaches will guide you, push you and hold you accountable during each workout. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or age. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, tires, ropes and a client’s own bodyweight in our workouts.
Our coaches are in place to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly, motivate you but ultimately to make sure you give and get everything you can from your workout.
